Below is our rental pricing structure, designed to ensure flexibility while covering the necessary setup and servicing costs.

Rental Pricing

Minimum Rental Fee per Unit

• Rate: $616 per unit

• Duration Covered: Up to 28 days

This fee applies per unit, regardless of the actual rental duration, ensuring cost efficiency and reliability for every rental.

Extended Rental Rate

For rental periods exceeding 28 days, an additional charge of $22 per unit per day applies.

Pricing Examples

Single Unit Rental

• 1 to 28 Days: Flat fee of $616

• 30 Days: Total cost of $660, calculated as $616 (first 28 days) 

+ $44 

(2 additional days × $22/day)

Multiple Unit Rental

• 3 Units for 28 Days: Total cost of $1,848, calculated as

 3 units × $616/unit

• 3 Units for 30 Days: Total cost of $1,980, calculated as $1,848 

(first 28 days) + $132 (3 units × 2 additional days × $22/day)

Front-End Services (Before Rental)

• Quality Control & Testing: Equipment undergoes rigorous pre-rental testing to guarantee reliability.

Back-End Services (After Rental)

• Post-Rental Inspection & Servicing: Upon return, each unit is thoroughly checked, cleaned, and maintained to ensure it remains in peak condition for future use.

• Administrative Processing: Handling billing, inventory, and logistics to ensure a smooth and seamless rental experience.
